Please do not expose the wafer paper to excess moisture as it will curl and melt. The paper works perfectly with stiff buttercream and fondant icing. 

Do not put wafer paper in the fridge or freezer.

If possible apply the wafer toppers to your cakes at the last possible opportunity to get the best effect.

The images on the wafer paper just need to be cut out using small sharp dry scissors. If required then you can leave a small tab under the image, this is not always needed.

If you are applying them to buttercream then just push the topper into the icing.

If you are using fondant or royal icing then just make a small slit in the icing with a sharp knife and push the paper in. If you are using a large image then you can secure it along the back with a line of stiff buttercream if required.

The product has a shelf life of 12 months from purchase date provided it is stored in the packet in a cool, dry enviroment. DO NOT store in the fridge or freezer.
